GLOBAL GEO EOOD implements its actions in compliance with the law for personal data protection policy and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European parliament and the Meeting on 27 April 2016 about the protection of physical persons in connection with the processing of personal data and about the free movement of such data.

In the quality of an administrator of personal data, GLOBAL GEO EOOD takes responsibility for all requirements of the new regulation, by collecting only the needed data from the people for the provision of the service and protecting them responsibly and lawfully.

GLOBAL GEO EOOD is an administrator of personal data (the information which identifies a specific person for example name, last name, phone number or email) that we collect from and for you.

The current Policy for Personal data protection is valid for all users, including those who use the website without being registered or subscribed to services in it.

  • You withdraw your consent, on which the processing of data is based and there isn't any other rightful reason for processing
  • You disagree about the processing connected with your personal data, including the goals of direct marketing and there aren't laws based on the processing, which would have an advantage.
  • The personal data has been processed unlawfully
  • The personal data must be deleted with the purpose of complying with the legal obligation under the rule of the EU or the rule of a member country which applies to GLOBAL GEO EOOD.

GLOBAL GEO EOOD isn't obliged to delete personal data if it's storing and processing them:

  • To prosecute the right to freedom of expression and the right to information.
  • To comply with a legal obligation that requires processing provided for in EU law or the law of the Member State which applies to or to the Administrator the performance of a task of public interest or in the exercise of official duties powers vested in him.
